Description
Camden Pub Crawl is a collection of illustrations of 25 public house pillars of the Camden community, printed individually using giclée on archival paper.
This illustration of The T.E Dingwall Building has been created by Amber Lily Eddy of Tour Design and is a limited edition print of only 50, all of which are individually signed, stamped and numbered.
Dingwalls originally opened in 1973 as a dancehall and has had a range of different musical functions throughout it’s 35 year stretch under the original name. The venue has been a Jazz Bar owned by legendary DJ Gilles Peterson and Patrick Forge, before moving back to its roots of being a permanent part of the Camden gigging scene. Holding host to iconic shows such as Blondies debut, Coldplay, Etta James, intimate Foo Fighters performances, R.E.M and George Ezra. Alongside this it was a large part of Camden’s punk boom with The Clash, Sex Pistols and The Ramones regularly appearing. In 2023 Dingwalls got in name back and continues to host an array of legendary gigs alongside hosting countless punters across its three bars. Owned by London Promoter Vince Power, The T.E Dingwall Building is a bustling, busy and vibrant place to be!
This print has been bespoke hand-drawn including signage. The illustration is then digitised with layered textures and colours being added on Procreate. The completed illustration has been compiled into format measuring 29.7cm x 42cm. The final design is an A3 giclée fine art print of professional quality on archival 230gsm matte paper stock.
