We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible. We ask our customers to allow 2-5 days for order processing before your item is shipped. We do not ship on weekends or UK holidays.Ā

š¦ Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number (if applicable).Ā This email is automated, so please check your spam folder. If you have questions about the whereabouts of your package after it has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we do not have access to packages once they leave our warehouse. PubScrawls is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit.Ā

š° Shipping Costs
All our orders are sent out using Royal Mail services and include the relevant level of insurance.Ā
Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, and any additional charges must be paid by the customer (excluding the United States - see below).

Shipping to EU and EEA Countries
Due to new GPSR guidelines, we at PubScrawls have had to make the tough decision to temporarily stop shipping to all EU and EEA countries and Northern Ireland as of the 11th December 2024. The new regulations for the GPSR policy are not something we can currently comply with. We are actively endeavouring to work within the new regulations.Ā

Everything is shipped via Royal Mail using their International Tracked service, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
š¦ Shipping Costs
We will charge a flat rate of Ā£15 per order (which is approximately $20) for U.S. parcels. This covers postage, customs handling, and ensures your order arrives safely.
š° Customs & Import Duties
Customs and import duty charges are prepaid by PubScrawls and covered in our shipping charge, so you wonāt have to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
š Delivery Times
Parcels usually take a maximum of 7-14 working days to arrive. Sometimes customs can cause short delays, but we will always send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
ā No Hidden Costs
The price you see at checkout is the final price, and shipping, handling, and duties are all taken care of on my end.
